I joined the iSAMS team just over 10 years ago, starting in the role of a Technical Support Analyst. I then moved into the Training team and spent my time helping schools to better understand how to maximise all that iSAMS has to offer. The knowledge that I have acquired within these two roles over the years has enabled me to take up the position of an iSAMS Customer Account Manager.
